Admissions Process

We are delighted that you are considering St. Gregory College Preparatory School for your child's education. 
The best way for you and your family to learn more about the advantages of attending St. Gregory is to attend 
a St. Gregory Preview or arrange to visit our school for a campus tour. 

We look forward to getting to know you and your child during the admissions process.

  1. Visit the school. Most visits take place Monday through Friday from 8:15-11:30 a.m.
    Tours usually last an hour and during that time you and your child will see the campus, visit classes,
    meet some faculty and administrators, and learn more about St. Gregory. Please contact the
    Admissions Office     to arrange a visit.

  2. Attend a preview for parents and students. Previews are held on the following dates:
    Upper School/Open House: Wednesday, October 14 at 6:15 in the Theater
    Upper School and Middle School Preview/Open House: Sunday, January 24 at 12:30 in the Theater.

  3. Complete the application and request teacher recommendations, transcripts, and standardized testing
    from your child's current school. Have your child complete the writing sample and interest/activity sheet.
    Please complete the Application materials as soon as possible. Call the Admissions Office: 520-327-6395.

  4. Sign up for the Admissions Testing on Saturday, December 12, Saturday, January 9 or Saturday, February 6. Providence Scholarship testing is Saturday, March 6.

  5. Forms available to download and print out - Teacher Recommendation, Request for School Records.
