Admissions Process

We are delighted that you are considering St. Gregory College Preparatory School for your child's education.
The best way for you and your family to learn more about the advantages of attending St. Gregory is to attend
a St. Gregory Preview or arrange to visit our school for a campus tour.

We look forward to getting to know you and your child during the admissions process.

  1. Visit the school. Tours usually last an hour and during that time you and your child will see the campus, visit classes, meet some faculty and administrators, and learn more about St. Gregory. We also encourage your child to spend the day with one of our students. This is the best way to experience what it would be like to attend St. Gregory. Please contact the Admissions Office to arrange a visit.

  2. Attend an Open House for parents and students. Open Houses are held on the following dates:
Upper SchoolPreview/Open House: Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at 6:30pm in the Theater
Upper School and Middle School Preview/Open House: Sunday, January 29, 2012 at 12:30pm in the Theater.

  3. Complete the online application or request one from the Admissions Office. The application fee is $45.00 and should be mailed to the admissions office. Please make sure to have your child complete the writing sample and interest/activity questionnaire, which is part of the online application. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis while spaces are available.

  4. Sign up for the Admissions Testing. We administer the CTP4 by ERB and accept the SSAT and ISEE. PSAT scores are acceptable for incoming eleventh and twelfth grade applicants. Please sign up for one of the dates below or call the Admissions Office at 520-327-6395.

  5. Please print the following forms and deliver them to your child's school. The Request for School records releases your child's current grades to us for evaluation. The Teacher Recommendation forms should be sent to your child's current English teacher and current math teacher. If one teacher instructs both subjects, one recommendation form is sufficient.

  6. International students have additional requirements. Please go to this link for instructions – International Admissions.
