Transcripts should be requested either in writing or in person. Requests in person may be made Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the school. Please call ahead (520) 327-6395.

Requests in writing must include:
Your full name, current address and phone number
Your social security number
Year of graduation, or last year of attendance if you did not graduate.
Full address for the destination of transcript.
Your signature
Transcript requests will be processed immediately. There is no fee.
