Tuition and Fee Schedule for the 2009-10 Academic Year

Payment Plans and Payment Methods:
TMS offers a variety of payment plans and payment methods. Information is available on their website, or you may contact them toll free at 1-800-722-4867.

Enrollment Deposit:
A non-refundable $500.00 deposit must accompany this contract. (For families applying for financial assistance, the enrollment deposit is $100.00 and is refundable if the school does not meet your financial need.) This deposit will be credited toward your first tuition payment. If a new student fee is required at the time of enrollment, then both the enrollment deposit and new student fee should accompany this contract. If the new student fee does not accompany the contract, this fee will be billed.

New Student Fee:
A new student fee of $500 is due at the time of enrollment. (This fee is $250 for students receiving financial assistance.) This non-refundable fee is a contribution to the school’s reserve fund. This reserve fund is for unforeseen contingencies and educational opportunities. This fee is required for all new students to the school even if the family is not new to the school. If the new student fee does not accompany the contract, this fee will be billed.

Books:
$375.00-$600.00 depending on grade and courses taken. Books are purchased online. Details regarding ordering books will be sent with summer registration materials or can be obtained online.

Additional Fees:
In addition to tuition, the following list of fees is provided to inform parents of the range of expected additional expenses that may be incurred for the 2009-10 academic year. Most fees are mandatory and non-refundable. Estimates are given for items that may vary according to student’s programs. Some class related fees may not be listed.
    Family Association Dues: This $75.00 annual fee is used for student and faculty enrichment.
    This fee will be billed in July.
    Class Related Fees: Certain classes such as photography, middle or upper school orchestra or.
    
band may require additional supplies, equipment, or transportation fees that will be billed as
    needed.
